Report a correction

Texas changes its inspection rules more often than most people expect: safety inspections ended in 2025 and Bexar County joins the emissions program in 2026. If something here is out of date or wrong, we want to fix it.

A rule, fee or date

Every rule on the site is quoted from an official page with the date we read it. If an agency has changed its page, send us the link to the new page: report a rule correction. We re-read the source, update the quote and the date, and change the page.

A station listing

Station listings come from public map listings. If a business has closed, does not do inspections, or is listed in the wrong place, tell us its name and city. Station owners can ask for a listing to be corrected or removed the same way.

What we will not change

We do not publish ratings or reviews, and we do not move a business up a list for any reason. See the editorial policy.
